Our goal is to raise awareness about the Centers and to raise support for our programs and services in Haldimand County.

2026 Baby Bottle Campaign: Sunday, May 10th to Sunday, June 21st

Our Baby Bottle Campaign is the perfect way for you to help make a difference in the lives of our clients. Be a part of providing pre and post natal care, female and male peer support, parenting programs, and so much more to our clients.

Visit us at HPCFC to pick up your baby bottle! Once it’s full, mail or drop it off at 121 Alder St W Dunnville, ON, N1A 1R2 or 70 Argyle St N Caledonia, ON, N3W 1B9.
